I read that a lot of folks get the best rate from Foremost Ins, which is the motorcycle branch of Farmers Ins from what i understand

We have Formost on our rental house, fixing to deal with them for the first time on a roof after the storms a week or so ago, I hope they are better than Farmers Ins. I had on our primary house.

I picked a roofing company and let them deal with the insurance company. They sent a person (insurance did) to do an estimate, but a good roofer should do most of the leg work. Good luck.
