I must be missing something. What is this 93 - 106 inch wheelbase?

Stock Sami's, and flatfenders are 80 inches.

Wow I took it a little different
This was the first time that the trail design manual from the consultant was for public view. This is the base of how the trails can be constructed. Roll and tilt angles . The timeline was posted right next to the parking lot pic. As far as the timeline being in stone, How can anyone put it out there with so many variables still to jump through.
