Weld on beadlock kit suggestions?

I figured that it helped on cost by not cutting two giant rings and having a 14-15" circle of drop. Rocksolid designs his gussets and stuff on the insides of the rings when he gets his cut. That's a killer idea. Might have to try a set once I figure out what tire/wheel combo I'm going to end up with.

I was putting tabs and gussets inside,but that ended up with a ton of metal sitting around. Let me know when you are ready, I can do different designs or just basic rings.

Another vote for TMI products. However, once you place your order, forget about contacting them with any questions or concerns. I'd recommend going ahead and getting the 1/4 rock rings as well. I got 3/16 and after torquing them to spec, they did infact cone. Even with the anti coning tabs. Not terrible but I notice it. I'll post pictures if I can find my old phone.

The anti coning thing is pretty cool on the TMI you can just hammer it down with an impact and stays nice and flat

What's the anticoning do? Don't believe I've ever seen/noticed a ring cone?

It supports the inside of the outer ring to match the tire bead, so the outer ring doesn't cone when you tighten the bolts
