I was trying to relocate our rope swing on a train tressel, 45 feet up, when I cut the rope it glwrapped around my wrist and pulled me down........

I also got 70 plus stitches in my head. They had to reset my right wrist because when first set it they didn't think I was going to make it.

Well I'll be honest, I did get some waters .. But that's partly from the 4-7 heat strokes I have a day. Other than that, all I have done is not try to use it a lot, and smoke a lil bit more. . It's only certain ways like when I twist my arm to reach somthing, 2 or 3 times now it almost felt normal then I go and grab Somthing and a jolt of pain shoots down my arm. Then it's like the healing starts over.. **** aint cool. I'm ready for it to be gone. shits for the birds. I Move WAAYY to much, and do to many things to have a hurt hand.
First time in my life I kinda wished I could be a couch potato. my shits hurt man. Gettin better tho (I hope). Thanks man. :dblthumb:

Dammit. I was at walmart earlier too! I Have been drinkin twice if not more water everyday. I will get those items today. If not today tomorrow.. I'll give it try. Honestly man I forgot.. Had a 3 day flexplate marathon in the garage. Been killin myself Gettin it done. I suck. I bet I got up from under the rig 100 times. Oops rambling again. I haven't read all the way through this thread, but has anyone mentioned using one of those copper laced sleeves? They make them for elbows, ankles, knees and wrist. I have gout in my ankle and knee. When it flares up, I'll slide it on my ankle and it helps. It's not instant relief, but it the help is noticeable. I bought mine a wal mart for 9 bucks. If you get one, buy a size small....they'll stretch.
