Just adjust the ones you have. More than likely the ones in your truck are better quality than any parts house replacements. They are tapered roler bearing and are completely servicable. Not like a junk unit bearing. Trunion elims? Hell no. Not a great product (IMO) and definnately not needed in your application. Wanna stop BSin here? Take you ass down and get a STEERING STABILIZER.
