Yes, unless you're going to use a standalone management system

I don't think money is much of a problem for this guy, he just hasn't found one close enough that was in good shape. I was maybe going to pick it up for him possibly if it was close to a ride sometime. It's going in a 46 Chevy 1/2 ton, should be a cool little project

I'm going to have a really good crate 350 from summit with fuel injection edelbrock fuel injection available in a couple weeks. 410hp I think. I'm just going to help a buddy move it.
