What's the story on the Windrock Waterfall?

I drove the creekbed before and saw the waterfall, but I did NOT attempt it obviously. The creekbed / Rattlerock are worth going there by themselves as stated before.

You cant get in the creek bed anymore. The trail used to go into the creek 2 or 3 times but now there is a bridge over it.
