What's with all this RZR talk??

I wish SMORR would start a sidexside series. brandon said he didnt get enough ultra 4 guys in his outlaw series race to be able to support the insurance, ambulance and everything else that goes along with it but I told him there are only a handful of guys that have a rig that would be capable of racing and being competitive and let alone to pass tech to race in the outlaw series. I bet there would be at least 20 sidexsides at every race if he had a series. There are so many people with them and you could be competitve cheap. Maybe one day he will start something up.
 
Why dont you start a SxS race in Paola?
Not sure how much land you guys have, or have access too. But you could put on a pretty damn good distance race with the right 80 acre tract. Obviously more the better. And you could make up for the flat long runs down the sides of fields by adding in Tabletops, and grading in Whoops.
Definately enough SxS's just in Paola.

I have been thinking about making a track. My parents own 140 acres near fontana and there is a ton of room there to make something. If we did it there it would just be all of use racing for fun. I would just like to get into a series racing these things. Win or lose it looks like a blast. We do have a track setup at kelly's but we havent really raced there.

I've been involved in watching some submarine races out at Kaiser's. Those were the days! Those high school broads still just stay the same age. :****:

Got a buncha parts movin this weekend.. I am hustlin to make it happen. Workin a deal out of state for low $15's otd for a white one :dblthumb:

Why? Got get it wrapped. Be way cheaper, and the wrap actually holds the **** together when you wad it up.

I'm looking at painting my new red plastics black, and keep mentioning wraps. Grant keeps discouraging me from it because we can't do it, and it will be expensive. We can paint it with 20 hours of labor and supplies from his body shop that will be absorbed. Is vinyl really that cheap? Like $250 would have it done done. These have scratches and he says that unless we go through the same prep that we would for paint it will look like **** anyway.

not that we've seen, and apparently it isn't something anybody can do. Skillset involved. I've tried to put on vinyl stickers on a flat windshield and had bubbles. I can't imagine a while front clip with 4 body lines in the dash and 4 different planes to all lay down.
Perhaps there's a market, doesn't Matt A do vinyl and wraps?

Yes he does. Its not that hard with a propane torch. That **** gets real pliable and you can easily bend it around shapes and into grooves.
 
I wouldnt mind doing a wrap but im just going to wait a couple months till the 2011 clips are coming up for sale and just buy a front end for 250 or so. I dont mind the way mine looks now but it would look 100 times better all black. Now if my doors would hurry up and get here.................
