My old truck (Toy) was 116. Still easy to drive on the trails and rock crawled pretty well. I'd giggle when the stock length jeeps and sami's rock crawled unless I was in the rig with them.

It is generally held that 100" is the all around sweet spot.
For reference, stock CJ7/YJ/TJ's share a 94.3"wb. The TJ unlimited was 103",'XJ's are 101", 2door JK 95" & the 4 door Jk's/ZJ/WJ 112" - iirc.
