Trail to SEMA 2019 Day 1
Got the chance to go wheeling with Ian and Ricky B at Wooly's and AOP for TV.
Here is EP 1.
Doesnt count stacked rocks on backdoor..... Man the people on fb were all over you about that.
I don't care how many rocks are on backdoor it is still a hard climb, and for the record I didn't put all those rocks there.
Here is part2 where we went to Big Bear!
Just a little poof of smoke and a fireball that quickly was put out, no biggieI was hoping you had Ian's LJ catching on fire on video right there at the end, I wanted to see if it was as bad as he made it sound!
So is the LJ built with only a few inches of downtravel? it looks like it lifts a tire a lot
right, watching the trail to sema vids as well i was like either there is something i dont get, ian surely couldnt have had a major flaw haha. The front is limited to keep a one piece driveshaft but that will be changing soon, the rear has a crazy amount of travel.
The gearing is good. It has an atlas. He requested a low stall in the converter, But after the install come to find out the trans builder sent it with a 2500 stall. Im sure it will get changed at some point.Ian looks very high geared. Is he just running a 205 in his buggy?
Damn I would have thought it was higher than 2500. I hope I don't hate mine. Its either 2500 or 2800.The gearing is good. It has an atlas. Running regular JD Hy-hard is supposed to tighten it up about 200 rpm over low vis or ATF depending on the converter. If you still plan to run it that is what I would try. 2CDamn I would have thought it was higher than 2500. I hope I don't hate mine. Its either 2500 or 2800.
