Where does the Oil go???

Yeah, but when a 4 banger is using a quart of oil a month, it tends to let you know. Much easier to figure out.

Ya, mine goes clackityclack. That's my queue to throw 3 quarts in it. :haha:

when my 4.0 liter needs 2 quarts, it lets me know, oil pressure drop, and clackity clack. my rings are gone, i think, it doesnt burn any on startup, only at high RPM's in higher gears (like 3rd gear, at 4000 rpm plus while floored, i will see a puff or two of smoke) sound like rings? my honda had worn valve guides, and burned on startup, till i got them replaced. i keep on hearing that its the piston rings. sorry for the Hijack, BTW. my 4.0 liter see's alot of high RPM's cause i like going fast
