Where to find Toyota seals/bearings, etc..

I personally dislike the TG knuckle bearings, if they still are selling the no name bearings your better off not running them IMO. Buy some goods ones and through the TG in the toolbag as spares.

I don't care what I'm working on I only use 1st rate parts PERIOD. It will come to bite you in the ass later if you don't.

It seems everyone is boxing and reboxing all kinds of parts. Sometimes it's hard to tell what your getting. It's taken me a lot of time to sort it all out and find companies who sell quality for a decent price.

I recently did a 30k mile service on my moms 06 camry, and from the dealer full synthetic oil, oil filter, cabin air filter, and air filter was ~$42 with no special discount. (of course all in stock) They also gave me a printout with the necessary 30k service items. Tough to beat. I have purchased parts for my 94 toyota pickup before and the price was basically the same as schucks junk for tune up parts.

Its always changing, I recently went into schucks to buy some F250 wheel seals, (expecting SKF or National), and they were stocking another brand that O Reillys had.

I have also had excellent luck with the Ellensburg carquest, I have carried in random bearings and they can always get them. One time I carried in an Advance Adapters dual case bearing, and it was no problem.

Supposedly they had a bad batch and have changed manufacturers, I have not had a problem and cannot tell the difference between marlin and trail gear trunion bearings visually.

so are they a name brand bearing now? or did MC change to a no name bearing?

They said that they "changed manufacturers" but they did not say from who to who. As for the actual brand of the Marlin bearing I believe they were Koyos.

The trail gear bearing did not come in individual koyo boxes, but they did appear to be identical to the marlin/ koyo bearings visually, (number and size of rollers, cage shape, ect.). Speculate as you will from that.
