I am taking a half day Thursday, heading out from work straight through to 'Bama. be there late of course. Is everything over on Saturday and everyone leaving on Sunday? If so I might not take Monday off and leave Sunday around noonish.

, then we can party/dinner at my place in the late afternoon at my place. If the weather is warm enough we can probably break in the pool!!!!

What is the closest small airport to GRAY Rock (happy P?)

I have to be in Baton Roue for work that Friday night, but weather permitting, Carl and I will fly in on Sat am.

Birmingham is the only one that comes to mind but that's not small at all.

The closest small airport I know of is in Oneonta. Roughly about 45 to an hour away.

Well it damn sure aint big. It is no big city airport by any means. I think Bessemer's airport is the closest.

I bet I could get you set up with no or discounted ramp fees, possibly even some hangar space if you hit the Ham.... What do you guys fly ?

If the shop load isnt big, I can get you stuffed in the hangar for nothing Im certain... just holla as time draws nearer if you wanna look into it and Ill pull strings that I can.
