Woodlee We Need Pics

Adam,
The Jeep looks great!!! Keep up the awesome work! We think the front of the cage is by far some of your best work ever!!! thumb.gif

All of the suspension is done, ecept for the air bumps. I raised the front of the frame got get the most uptravle I could out of it. The Radiator has found its home it just needs to be made permanent, and the front seats are mounted. Nothing to really get good pics of but with 44 in tire it sits at 6 ft 6 in tall at ride height with a fair amount of up travel at both ends. Things are coming together good. As soon as the grill and radiator are mounted then I can build new fenders and install the dash. Then it will be a few more details and get ready for paint and powder coating

Sorry about that guys I just threw them up on my way out of the shop yesterday. These are resized.

First one is the front bumper. I wanted some thin nice and clean up here and the holes and blended surfaces gave me what I was looking for.

This is where the cage goes through the dash panel. It is simple and very clean and the cage gives tons of room to get in and out of the Jeep.

Full shot of the dash so you can see it is simple and clean. Not my usual crazy interior but it is going to get better with a few extras.

This is the hood. I could have put on a glass hood and gained the same from it except for Ron wanted some thing diffrent and I wanted the fender to taper in with the hood. So I made some fenders and welded them on to the hood. After I got them where I wanted them I trimmed off the bottom of the hood. I had to use these for the amount of up travel that I built in to this rig and how low it sits. I like the way it turned out and when it gets done I am going to look at having it fiber glassed so I can easily reproduce them to sell.

The hood will also get some sheet metal lower fenders to go along with it.

Sorry the picks are still a little big.

I just depends on how much time I get on it with starting another new buggy this week. It is coming along nice though. I have been working on other stuff with the shop for the major part of the last two weeks. Getting buy in's done, marketing stuff, and a whole lot of other things that have kept me from the shop work. I am glad to finally feel like I can get back to shop work for a day or two. The radiator has been kicking my but on this build to get it put in with nice and clean mounts. I figured it out Saturday right when I was leaving the shop. Now I can't wait to get to work on it today. I even showed up a little early to get on it.
