Looks are one thing, I just like OEM equipment FOR THE MOST PART.

My ex got bolt ons, saline not silly-kone. Felt real once they settled, you can still feel the implant, but not hard like a silly-kone. They looked natural, but silly-kone looks like a cantelope cut in half, welderdid to her chest.
