YouTube of the day

Is this the guy that bought the park with a partner who wanted to do the off road part? Didn't sound like he was too interested in anything other than the racing.

Hopefully it opens back up on occasion for off-roading. Would make for a cool weekend to offroad and then go watch some dirt track racing too.
that's what I was thinking, wheel during the day and then watch some good dirt racing that night.

Truth. Was there riding one weekend and they had a mud truck race and offroad obstacle course in the center of the race track. Was pretty cool to watch.

Rock crawling people will travel from all over to wheel a good place, not sure how far dirt racers and mud truck people will go. Sure hope something happens so we can get a chance to wheel there again soon.

True all around. The mud truck thing was a one off, and poorly attended/promoted like most other things at GMP back in the day.

Some info on the Edison Motors retrofit kit for diesel pickup trucks. Same idea they are using for the semi trucks (diesel engine acting as generator under the hood to charge the batteries powering the fully electric axles), just in pickup trucks.

(Watch the first three minutes for info and the remainder is random shennigans)
