Wanted, someone to test new axles.........

Looking for someone local with a TJ rubicon dana 44 uni-bearing front axle in their vehicle for testing our new CV style axles (same as our toyota style) they will have the same teflon waterproof boot just like the big brother dana 60's.
We would like your test rig to have 35" or larger tires and go wheeling quite often and somewhat abusive! In exchange for testing these axles and putting them through their paces these will be your axles to keep, we ask that you be able to post updates and pictures not only on this board but on pirate 4x4 also to help promote this new product.
Please post a picture of your rig these would be going in along with tire size, We are looking for a wheeler, not a I-5 wheeler.

Thanks Jim, enjoy your new U-joints.
We will not be making them for the standard type dana 44 because the spindle holes are to small, these are for the unit bearing type only.

So co-partner with Dedenber to make a knuckle and axel combo...?

And id be glad to help test them. Imagine the market?

Shoot id make my own knuckle.

By the way these new axles will turn up to 40* degrees smooth with NO knuckle bind.

As Erik said, here is a TJ that we swapped in a new 44, 4:88's, arb, chromo axles, 36" iroks, long arm kit, etc etc. It is very clean, but has been at BYS, SOL and other places at Reier and they wheel quite a bit.

how is the maker of your cage? or was it a purchased kit( someassembly required)

This is a customers rig that we built the cage on and some other work.

New big style C's, built off of the Rubicon housing, uses factory 30 knuckles on out.

That might be a good candidate, it looks pretty straight for a trail rig.

What shafts and joints does he run up front now? Do they break?

The picture is pre-front axle swap and before a couple Reiter Trips. It has sustained body damage (I believe all four corners) and wheels it more and more as he progresses in the hobby.
The front axle that was in blew the F__k up, the new 44 is running Alloy axles and joints, no problems as of yet.
