Big green remodel

i figured he did. this rig gets it on. just wondering how he liked it with tthe overhaul. engine, trans, gears. had to feel like a whole new beast.

It is sweet now:D In the next few weeks I am putting the knuckles on and changing the front steering up a bit....I bounced it good and had a issue with my hoses for the front ram hitting the motor crossmember then leaking fixed it on the trail in the snow.....But it will be fixed so it will not be a issue again:awesomework:

took some time to remodel the trailer that the pig calls home I added another axle...drive over fenders plus mudflaps

back to the remodel I worked on the front today got the knuckles swapped....I plan to remodel my new highsteer arms and make them double shear instead of single as the single shear tend to loosen up. So i put the old front arms back on untill I remodel the new ones.

I used a 40 grit flapper disk and high speed angle die grinder to remove enough material on the yukon's to go thru the knuckles being careful to not create any sharp edge's where a failure could start. last pic is front all back together.

Know what I like about Kelly's toy? First, it's unique. No one else has a Dodge Lime Green Power Wagon out on the trails. It's not that loud, but still, you can hear it from afar and say, "Hey, That's Kelly!"

I like how he puts all this time, and money, into his rig, and then goes and beats the living snot out of it! And without tearing the trails up with it.

I think its cool he brings his kid (I think) out and has a day of it. The one time I saw him out, for a clean up day, I don't think he yelled at her once because she did something, well, stupid. Of course, I don't think she did anything stupid. And dad was proud that she came out with him.

Keep it running Kelly! :awesomework:
