Today is the fist day of any excitment... the last 2 months have been me running all over getting bids, talking to engineers, getting drawings, talking to the county, getting permits... blah blah blah... now the fun begins. I will post more tomorrow.

No I am not, TD Alskog Inc. is doing all the dirt work. He has known me since I was 2 years old. Great guy and fair price if anyone needs some dirt work done. He is based out of Oso.

It can be done way cheaper than most think. You dont need the fancy controls with all the bells and whistles. You could even go single zone relay with one 1 pump ran off of a waterheater and have DHW in your shop. Let me know if your seriously considering it.

that is the way my house is. One pump, 10 runs and a hot water tank :awesomework:

Works great and it was under a grand for all of the parts

Radiant floor = sink/shitter? Shower too? Make sure you know where to mount the lift. Im sure youve thought it over, Just thinking outloud.

We are moving the shop from north Marysville to Silvana. Instead of driving 12 miles one way to my shop I can walk 10 yards. :awesomework:

Anchor points in the floor for pulling things back into place? Or pulling things into the shop? My electrician also had me put conduit in the floor cause it is quicker to pull wire to the other side and a shorter distance than going around or up and over.
