Good build, it was a interesting thread to read through. Any thoughts on getting a winch on there? I put receiver tubing on each end of my rigs and run power. I can use one winch for front or rear and then keep it in the truck when not in use.

Thanks, Yeah I ordered an xrc8 for it and it should be here tomorrow afternoon. I'm still not sure if I will put recievers on it, that was the original plan but Im going to try and stuff it into the front bumper. either way I will have a winch somewhere on it by this weekend :awesomework:

Pretty cool idea and even better execution... definitely outside of the box.

Its definately different, and thanks

Here are a few pics of the last couple days in the shop I ended up throwing a scoop on the hood to try and let some of the heat out the top. It was getting a little warm last weekend, it never overheated but it was pretty cold up there too. I also got the winch to fit in the bumper it was a little tight but after the plama cutter came out it was just a matter of time before it dropped in there. I just have a few more little things to wrap up and its rollin up to Elbe hills for shakedown #2 :awesomework: this weekend sometime

Did you take it out this weekend Jason? How'd it do?

Yeah I just got home a little couple hours ago. I never got a chance to use the new winch and the truck did great. I got to put a couple dents in it. It has a couple issues with the engine, for some reason when it gets hot it starts running like crap but other than that it was awesome. I will try and get some pics up tomorrow afternoon

Rainier vista trail was like a mile long slip & slide, it was alot of fun up there in the snow, The drive home sucked tho, it was snowing so hard when we left elbe I had to use the rumble strips to stay on the road :eeek: and had to lock the hubs in to get over alder cutoff road, there were cars spun out all over the place in the middle of the road :shaking:, the wheeling was fun and the drive home was a nightmare.

I saw one other truck right when we got there, they were working on a fullsize chevy in the parking area. Once we hit the trails we never saw anyone. We ran quite a few trails too. we didnt get up there till about 11 and we loaded up at dark down at the lions club. I think we ran every trail Besides the busy and alder loop. Im sure you heard us you just didnt see us,

Wish I had video of my truck going backwards down rainier vista. Something about uncontrolled freerolls downhill that makes a guy poop himself. :awesomework:

Then you saw our tracks. We were the only ones up there for a long time. Gowinator popped out of rainier vista when we were gettin ready to leave.

I saw a couple guys coming off Alder cutoff last night too. Looked pretty bad. Saw your buddy with the Grey 3rd Gen fueling up, thats what made me ask!:cheer:
