This is kinda funny, loller.gif

I want to see the 49" burnout video!

I hear y'all and I will try to make it happen soon. When we got back from the dyno I worked on the heating issue, the first test drive reviled a problem with the transmission, it would not fully shift into hi gear. In fact it felt like it was trying to go into third and reverse at the same time. Reverse and third are on the same drum in a th 400 so kinda made since this could be happening. Transmission was freshened/ rebuilt back in October 2015 and only had dyno time and tuning time on it. I shipped it back to FTI in Deland FL, it had a broken sprag and a worn pump. FTI cost shared the fix with me, they replaced the direct drum with a 36 element one and a new 8 bolt HP pump. I have the tranny back in it and replaced the soft mounts with aluminum ones my PIL machined for me, waiting on him to machine the engine ones to get it all back together. I would like to get it back on the dyno and see how much the tranny going away hurt the numbers.
While I have it all apart I sent the headers JJ built for me to Q.C. Coatings up in MI. Bill Walker is a heck of a guy to deal with, he coated them, put then back in the mail and went on vacation. I haven't even paid him yet. I hope they are at the house when I get home tonight I will get pictures and more information about their product later.

Got these back from QC Coatings Shelby Township MI. Coating is their Ceramic Silver said to be good to around 1600 degrees. QC said they have seen as much as 200 degree surface temp drops with this coating. Shipped back to me was a little less than $300, they were great to deal with and fast turn around. Thanks again to JJ for welding these up, great job buddy and I still can't believe how loud they are without those yard sale mufflers attached to them.

Cinnamon, that Sasquatch is Youtube famous, better not mess with the squatch.

Thanks JJ for your help getting it to this point. I would like to address the suspension next, maybe get it up a rock or hill or just a high curb?
Should have the drone footage to post when I get home tonight or maybe sometime over the weekend. Sure doesn't seem to be much interest in crawler burnouts around here though?

I don't think you know how tickled I'am to hear you call me cinnamon. Nobody around here uses my stage name.

It really brought me back to tasting fresh olives in my clear drank around the campfire :)
