Changed the 63" chebbies out for a set of dual rears reversed, I did not like how long the chebbies where, was tired of hanging up on them and really wanted a lil more flex and travel. They worked pretty daam good but gotta try to improve :redneck: . Then I was told that the feveresed rears where prone to axle wrap, well looks like a good time to link it up. Oh yeh heres a couple of links to my build ups on this, http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=425193 and the start of this http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=317437

I wanted to be a lil wider and was tired of breaking toy R$P's. Lost count of how many over the last 6-8 years but its a bunch:puke: between muddin and trail/rockcrawling. I will swap the front out someday, but thats gonna take a big bite out of the wallet :booo: . Soo out with the old (86 w/ 2" spacers).

sarted with a 9" rear end out of a 79 f150 and added a gusset from JEGS. Built my upper link bracket out of 4" C channel. Will add several more gussets to tie it into the rear end better.

35 spline Strange axles:redneck: , took the tards long enuff to get the right ones to me. First time they came in 31 spline and wrong axle retainers:mad: , second time they where 5 on 5.5" :wtf:  , third time was a charm althought I was an asshole about them and made them next day air them to me :kissmyass: . And they still have to send me a couple more wheel studs  .

3.25" "N" case 35 spline spool, 4.56 gears and no more toyota R&P :cheer: :D . I shaved the diff. 1.25" and plated it with .25", still have to add some more protection to it though. Check out the triple drilled toyota patten flange, to bad I am not going to be using it after building it:haha: , decided to step up to 1350's :redneck:

Looking good. Make sure you use UL rated electrical tape otherwise you might get stranded out in the woods :redneck: :haha:

So I take it your putting a propane injected 502 in it as well?
