just a lil pipe and link work

placed the complete setup in place and tacked it in place.

In stock form the 1/2" bolts have a funky head so they will not twist will u put the nuts on the retaining plate (or soo I have been told:flipoff: ). I can not really get to the nuts on the back side so I drilled through the weld on bracket. Also built another bracket for the other two bolts and welded the nuts on the retaining plate, and am using 2.5" x .5" bolts.

nuts welded on the retaining plate, used locktite on the nuts to help hold them in place.

It was easier to place the retaining plate on the axle before placing the axle in place but it is doable with the axle in place also.

had to pull the crawler out for a lil chore, daam cows say they need some feed also:redneck: I think this is like 55 tons so far this year.:booo:

While it was out I got a few pics of the full view lol. Still have to plumb brake lines and 1/4 turn ball valve,install new output in t350 and install, install 32 spline F and R outputs in the d300 and mate to np231C HD, install both tcases, build rear driveline1350, hook up fuel system ect ect lol:booo: :booo: Daam when will it end:wtf: . Oh well at least I have the next couple of weeks off from school.:cheer:

Front end should come down by an inch or soo when its finished.

Have you ran yer air shocks yet? If so how are they? I'm puttin Kings on my
'85 but im kinda worried about it being too heavy for the 2.0s.
 
coolio using the 9", what joints are those on your links?

Curries Johnny Joints, 1.25"X.625", it only took them 4 attempts to get me the right ones:mad: . I was not too happy with them but its all good now that I have them lol. I could have ran the 1.00"x9/16" on the top and been happy but decided to keep them all the same for trail replacement reasons.

So far I have 300 psi in them and they have 6" of shaft showing. I figure to I will have to go to around 350psi to get to the 7" that I want (7" up, 11" down). I also weight a bit more on the ass end then average 4 cyl. yota since I am running my motor and tranny moved back 8". Plus the 4.3, turbo350, np231c/d300 combo weights quite a bit more then the toy parts. I also have a lot of weight in my spare parts box.

Soo to make a long story short ushould be fine, I know SAW says the 2.0's are good for #1k per corner and up to 500psi.:awesomework:
 
installed front and rear 32 spline outputs, JB conversions for the front and advanced adapters for the rear. The rear AA kit came with the 1350 yoke and I had to get the front toyota one from stack. It was quite a bit cheaper then from Highangle driveline or Inchworm (who this is made for:; ) I ordered the rear support from Roark Fab works and it should be here in a couple of weeks. I lost one of the detent balls while swapping the front and had to get a new one, oops:looser: . But I could not find just one:booo:, had to end up buying a pack of 45:wtf: :mad: . Oh well it did not cost that much and at least I have spares :cheer: .

I had to turn the front flange down from 2.125 to 1.875 to fit the front seal. I also had to bevel the in and outside lip with the calibrated die and angle grinder so it would spin free and not bind up on the bearing.

Cut off the diff. cover that I had on there, I wanted to protect the oil fill plug better. Made out of .25"x4" flat bar heated and beated to fit:redneck: .

its a pretty tight fit between the front dline and the t350. I had to play with the clocking of the d300 to get it so the dline clears. The tranny pan has already been self clearenced from when I had my dual toy tcases in here.:redneck:
