They'll bend...especially the lowers :redneck:

probably :redneck: and they do not help it lose much weight:wtf: . Was thinking of going with 2.5"x.5" but figured that might be a lil overkill:wtf: :flipoff: .

i'll keep the pvc in mind for mock up, when i do my 1/4 elliptical rear.

yah makes it hella lighter to handle, easy to cut to length to test fit, and its much cheaper if u need to extend it lol.

Why not just use some dana 44 axle tubes?:redneck:
That's about all they are good for :D

Looks good, but how do you keep the hay from catching on fire when you're welding or grinding?

2'x8' x 3/8" sheet of ply wood laid down between the sparks and hay. That will knock most of them down. And I try to direct my sparks away from the hay. Have not had any problems in years of working like this knock on wood.

front upper and lower links, had to swap put the super secret link bars:redneck:

then a shot fro the ass end, still have not finished with the rear axle :looser: :booo:

from the rear, think my shock should be moved further out on the axle? Shock is setting at 10Deg. Shock is just sitting there for now.

Move the shocks out as far as you can so they will not rub the tire during suspension movement. Mount the top angled in and forward a few degrees.

A lil bit more done on it, figured out where shocks are going to mount and have a lot of gussets cut out and fitted up. Most of its just tacked together and I will have to pull it apart and weld it up. Prob. goin gto change the tail lights mounting also just not sure how yet.

I am getting right around 24" under the tire before the links bind up. My shocks will be bottomed out then, I am also hitting my hoop around my storage box so I guess that I need to put a bump stop in right before all that shiat happens. :looser:
