My really slow 4runner build up

Well I havent done much to the runner, since I was supposed to leave it mobile...........well, I told the boss men to **** off, I had about a spare hour or so tonight, and started getting thing's out of the way.

I won't be doing a thing else, seeing as how I am leaving tommorow after work to Donner, gonna go down and hand out ass..........or not, but I promise it will be better than here.

worked on the runner a little bit today, finally got around to completely finishing my front housing, then tonight after attempting to fix Nike's Jeep I got a pretty good start on my skid plate. And no I'm not using the big dumb allen head bolt's, it's just the only extra 1/2" fine short bolt's that were laying around.

A super late night at the shop tonight, and not that much got done. First I added my link bracket's to my skid plate I built last night, then got the skid plate bolted back in. Then it was time to clearance the floor so the tranny and t case will fit, to finish it off I will be building an aluminum cover to cover the hole back up. Now the next step is to set the motor/tranny/tcase in the hole, so it was time to start making up motor mount's, didn't get too fancy as it was about midnight:30 when I started that task, but to make up for it I tig'd them together. Now this is the end of the night, and here are a few pics.

Got a motor dropped in the hole and half of a motor mounted tonight, a combo of too many beer's and Paulie stopping by was the reason for not finishing the other.

and to think you you still had time to do all that work after sweeping the floor in the shop all day. but seriously that **** looks trick i like the way you did your skid. i hope to do my junk just like that some day. glad to see you come along with the build so fast. see ya out there soon:bananallama:

Well I didn't get nearly as much done today as I would have liked to, but when you get out of bed a little after noon thing's just don't get done. I wanted it as a roller in the front today, but didn't even get started. I did get the tranny mount done, it was a little tricky, but it came out nice. I just got a case of the AFI's, so I'm outta here.
