Thats what I figured thats a lot of driving with not much time to do it.

mine isnt an angle problem, its clearing the links problem
 
It is ghetto as **** but what about moving it over to one side for angle and running a wheel spacer on the other side to get the track width right? Yeah that is gay now that I typed it. Jim is a long way away which also sucks. Can you run a bigger joint for better angle or a CV shaft?

It will cost him more money for me to mikey mouse some BS like that than to fix it right ;D (BS cost extra you know) Right now local axle guy is gonna shorten both sides on another 60 housing so the diff is not in the center.

Who wants to buy a cool ass narrowed dana 60?

Who was actually originally running this axle ? I know Matt got it from Nolen, then Cole got it from Matt.... WTF on this thing man laughing1

Nobody, Nolen bought it off a guy that never put it in his yota. It was narrowed about 7" out of the long side. THat would be the problem with trying to get it to line up

If I was gonna do that I would build a Spider9 for the front..
 
If you have a high pinion driver drop housing, you will only need to add tube to one side.
=>
-<>---- cut the long side down to make the new short side giving you this: -<>-
Then cut the short side off and retube it to make a new long side ----<>-

Swap the gears out and you're done in a day.

Either way he goes, It's gonna be about the same amount of work. If he uses the chevy axle he already has he doesn't have to buy the gears and get them set up again.
