thank youfabricator1 said:Looks good! I really enjoy doing body and interior panels. I think bead rolling really brings a build to the next level. Have you tried the new roller dies yet? Just curious which ones you like using the best
It's an Eastwood economy. I have their louver die. It needs to be turned and polished to sharpen up the cutting edge. It seems to work better if you pre cut the slit.fabricator1 said:I've been thinking about picking up a set of louver dies. What kind of beadroller you using?
stupid busy weeks with work, sons car blew a motor Monday, 5th wedding anniversary last weekend, family vacation this weekend, and to top it off my uncle passed away this week, 52 years old. Youngest brother of my mother by 18 years; this was the man that became guardian of my younger brothers when my parents passed 23 years ago. (I was already 19). Stopped his whole life at 28 years of age to come help my brothers and i. A true gentle giant. Also taught me how to party... Lol.fabricator1 said:

thank you fab 1.fabricator1 said:That turned out nice. Did you roll that script all in on shot? Or a little at a time and multiple passes? .090 is pretty thick
Yes they did actually, I was surprised as well. Although the holes are 5/16 and the fasteners are 1/4.5BrothersFabrication said:Curious to know if all the holes lined up since you are technically distorting the metal?
