Fail

I made it as far as Gold Bar Family Grocer, (after seeing SpiderToy Don in in the Mickey D drive through :hi...got some trail grub, and my Heep wouldn't start. BIG thanks to Ann Typer for coming out to save my ass and follow me home...:awesomework::cheer:
It took a total of 4 jumps and buddy charges from her Dodge to get me back home. Out to the garage to tear of the alternator to have it tested, wish me luck.
I hope the work party went well, I'm pissed I couldn't make it.

Hi All:

The RTW workparty headed out to the "Backdoor Trail" head around 10am (after waiting awhile for "High-Five.")

After getting up to "Backdoor" we commenced working on blocking-off alternative entry routes to the trail.

In this photo we have blocked-off the left and right-side trail entrances, to focus traffic on the main pathway.

Unfortunately, my participation in this work party was cut short by blowing the front pinion on my FJ40!

Sorry i didnt make it out today folks:booo:

GF was in from pullman and wanted to spend as much time with her before she left, was going to come out afterwards but after replacing my ARB compressor hi pressure switch i relized the rubber seal for the air tank on it had blown out so i tore it apart and need to order some parts tomorrow
