Axle shaft upgrade questions for my D44. HELP!!!

I'm picking up on what your putting down. I notice the slandering as well. I guess the question now is who's has them the cheapest?

Either CompleteOffRoad or RWKHauss supply were the cheapest when i was pricing out. RWK had my axles on my doorstep in 1 day at that price.

I also noticed that I misquoted in the original post about the Nitro shafts and joints. The shafts are $580 from ECGS and the joints are $200 ea., not for a pair.

Chase at ECGS is top notch to deal with and stands behind what he sells and has always gave me the best price. I had a scout 44 with superior inners nitro joints and solid 30 spline outer I kept breaking the stub switched to his house brand 19 spline and never broke one but I did get a nitro u joint.

ECGS is always where I buy my Spicer u joints...got one at home on teh bar I ordered a couple months ago before I decided to go chromoly and redo it. They always have given me great customer service and fast shipping. I think I'm gonna snag some Yukon junk from Scott.

Call me at the shop and I'll give you one hell of a deal on everything Yukon!

Lifetime warranty as in what? I break it, I get a free replacement?

Front Axle (Series YA W) Limited Lifetime Limited Lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects and axle breakage for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty is not transferable to another party. "No Questions Asked" replacement for first warranty return, however, Yukon reserves the right to either replace axle or refund original purchase price after the first warranty claim. Yukon (through Randy's Ring & Pinion) makes final determination on warranty considerations.

^^^ AKA is you broke it and it wasnt a manufacturing defect your ****ed
That's what I figured it meant, just looking for a little clarity lol.

RCV's are a bit overkill for my truck and my wheeling style for now in my opinion. Stock t case and 36" TSL's....I don't plan on running stickies and I figure chromolys will never give me any problems with my current setup...still researching and brainstorming on what I want to do as of now.

YUKON has been great about their warranties. They just don't want some one returning a broken shaft 2 or 3 times a year. I've never run into an issue of your "Fuk'ed" from them before.
Now RCV has a great product also with a great warranty, but they cost significantly more, even though I can still get you a great deal on them also!
Thanks,
Bobby

If you are running Yukon shafts and super joints you will not have a problem with warranty, at least in my experience.

Im running Yukon shafts and super joints and I try all the hills not broke one yet but everything breaks at one point or the other. You just got to know when to let out but I have nothing bad to say just shop around not sure who is the cheapest and I run 36inch tsl's. I've tried every type besides RCV and I'm to poor to buy them.

if ujoints are your weak link and never broke an axle why not just try another ujoint?

dang jd why didnt u give me a call i keep a purty good bit of spicer joints and straps alot cheaper than u can getem anywhere else ,give me acall if u need anything.

Actually i priced out yukons and super joints for the Rubi 44 and it was practically same price. IMHO they are worth it to not have to deal with u joints and ears breaking off

RCVs only way to go

Practically the same? The RCV's are great don't get me wrong, but they are roughly $200 more than the yukon's with super joints.
