I have heard they don't cook as well as the larger aizes :dunno:

What is the actual retail on a mini max BGE?

I don't know what actual retail is but I paid $500 for mine and it came with the plate setter and a bag of lump. The mini max is the perfect size for smaller cooks. Give Absco ( John G,s ) family's business a call and they will shoot you straight.

This is true but they say that with the triple insulation, it is equal to cooking with the ceramic model. I've got the large Komado Joe and love it and might give this mini a try.
