Thanks, P. I'm looking forward to a job that allows me to do what I do best and in an industry I'm passionate about.

Just an off the wall question. Can they pump water out of the swamps with it? With the tall grass in the everglades, it seem like 187 gallons of water would be about the equivalent of pissing on a house fire. Heck of a task thou to get a 8000lb vehicle thru a swamp.

I'm not sure honestly. I checked the basic spec list Mallory has online and didn't see anything about it though.

If you want to check out the FireTruck in person it will be at the Ultimate Man Stuff Expo this weekend at the BJCC. Free tickets available here at the shop.

Got a shot of it while Jey and James were doing some calculations. This is how it will sit once at ride height.

Let me tell you guys, James gave me the .02 cent tour of this machine and it is KILLER If I were a fire fighter, this would be the machine I would drive for sure. BTF must have some fire fighters on staff because they knew exactly what to put on it and where to put it. The fabrication is flashemifyougotem flashemifyougotem flashemifyougotem She is definitely a Big Girl wearing more than a prom dress, great job guys... :dblthumb:

Thanks Gregg. The guys have done a lot of research to make sure this rig gets what it needs.

Maybe before it goes south for the winter, they can back it up to Cable Hill and see how it pumps out on that bitch. Just testing though and getting the bugs worked out. I will bring the dish soap and a lawn chair. laughing1

Better late than never. We were talking about the Mallory unit recently and yes, it does have a sump pump feature as well as a foam suppression system in addition to the 187 gallon water tank.

We got the springs being installed on the coilovers now. This thing is huge. Also check out the skins Jey is working on.

You have the camera out, can you just walk over and get some shots of the bug please?

How do you get in and out of it? The floor pans at a shoulder height?? Are Florida firefighters just super tall?

Jey has plans to build a fold down step of some kind, as well as a step to get up on the rear bumper to access the equipment.

Ben Fowler you make me laugh lately. I love your posts ;D

Jey has been busy with the aluminum body panels, as well as protecting the underside from debris. Few progress pics, this thing should be ready to go testing in the next month or so!
