I have thought about something similar using a Rockwell rear & Isuzu 16" dual wheels.AdamF said:I have a rear rockwell I was thinking about using and running 4 of the 37" military take offs. Also want to make atleast the front have mechanical tie downs by using 1" pins though 2plates on the trailer and 2 on the buggys axle, then use normal straps on back.
I agree. The only plus to having a buggy specific trailer is people won't try to borrow it all the time. Of course I don't have trouble telling people hell no they can't use my ****, so that's not really a big deal for me1tfrot said:besides being difficult to drag a dead or broken rig over some of those wheelwells shown, they are nowhere near practical. you're better off buying a cheap 16" bumper pull and call it a day.

there is nothing practical about wheeling, and limited room at home for parking it is one of my reasons.1tfrot said:besides being difficult to drag a dead or broken rig over some of those wheelwells shown, they are nowhere near practical. you're better off buying a cheap 16" bumper pull and call it a day.

I need to start telling people they can't use my trailer. Every time it comes back something is ****ed up and I gotta fix it.TBItoy said:I agree.
