I've gotten several PMs about the brakes, I don't have the front completed yet, but the rear was a breeze.
Take the stock 14 bolt hubs and discard the drums and backing plate.
Using new studs, I pressed the studs thru the spidertrax hats and into the hub like you would a normal 14 bolt disc conversion. The holes in the hats were already the correct diameter
I then used some BTF disc brackets that I modified to obtain the correct bolt hole spread for the willwood calipers
Next you need to determine the centerline of the rotor to line up the caliper, my spacing worked out to about .445" so I made some .375" weld washers and used a standard 3/8 flat washer to take up the additional space and it turned out perfectly centered
