Digital dash

I can't get it to connect to the panasonic eluga tablet that's mentioned above.
It will connect to my phone and my kids tablet. I guess that's why it was cheap, you get what you pay for.

I have the same tablet. I am able to connect it to the tablet but it will not connect to the torque app in the tablet for some reason. The instructions say it can be helpful to un-sync all bluetooth devices and reset then resync and try again.

I'm in the same boat. It says paired but will not connect in the tq app. I suck at anything tech related so I guess I'll use my daughter's tablet and give her the waterproof one.

Not sure if you have had a chance to try it out but curious if it had worked for you. In reading the torque forums it seems their kinda plagued with connection issues, I tried to contact their customer service but they dont have one.

Taking this a step further. I talked to Mast and they said anything that uses CAN / J1939 will interface with their system. Is there a such thing as an ODB2 / J1939 adapter that would allow me to do the tablet and torque app?

Mast recommended these guys in particular, not much info out there that I can find but what I have found is pricey and labor intensive. You have to program your own screens, etc.

This is interesting as well.

Would something like this work?

https://obd2allinone.com/adapter.asp

I don't know if it would all jive with the torque app and all that, but maybe worth a shot?

That's what I'm trying to find out. It seems like it might.

Slight derail. Does anybody make just a digital bar that reads left to right in increments of 100 rpm's for a tachometer? Nothing fancy, maybe 5-6" long by maybe 1" tall, just something to look at when running it up.

Baller. That's the future right there. Was a lot more of these products shown at SEMA this year.

I've heard you can upload your own images to display as a warning indicator. Can you confirm this? Being able to flash titties when I hit the rev limiter might just be the deciding factor for me on one of these.
