Elbe - "Busywild" looking for others that want to wheel on a Sunday

I cant make it. My work has more fawking drama then pirate. 2 people quit friday because they knew they were getting the can. So tomm. we get a visit from the Regional Mgr, District Mgr, Terrirtory Mgr, and somebody else. I was told by the DM not to make any plans for this weekend. Most likely I'll be working. I hate this job.

if my bud from auburn dont make we will likely meet you across from the casino on the injun reservation :D

sounds great, instead of across the street, just pull in to the new Tribal Gas station next to the Casino. sitting across the street could get a Tribal response from the po po... grab a snack or something & I'll be there at *8:00

I'll be in the silver samurai w/ a black top on 33's......

I'm a little new to the sight, but not to wheelin'. Got room for an EB?

37" MTRs, ARB D44 & Spooled 9", Warn 8274, etc....

Everyone is Welcomed as long as your not going to cry about dented fenders, broken glass, tail lights, smashed in body panels, etc, etc....

Busywild is very techy & sometimes unforgiving to rig's.... if your not to picky on your rigs appearence.... load up & get ready for some Stuck'erd Fun! figure out a meeting spot - or a heads up to watch for ya....

I'am planning on being at Elbe by 10:a.m.

I've been through the busy wild twice and another trail (can't remember the name) at Elbe. I'm not picky on body parts. Have more body armor this time where I had the most damage last time and better tires. Last time I went through with worn out 35" BFG MTs.

I'm not picky about body damage. I've got a renewable paint scheme (primer gray):redneck: .

I'll be at the campground at 10:00. What channel do you guys run?

Ryan.

I pulled my CB out.... just to have that more close nit group feel... besides I hate having to grab the mic to blab back & forth... otherwise, everyone will be on channel 4 - I assume?

who's ever going - see you up there or along the way....

I'll be in the Silver Zuk - headed along yelm hyw (510) - stopping at Red Wind Casino for a couple guys to meet up... then, thru yelm off (702) down Mt. Hyw (7) into elbe ---- thru elbe about 6 miles still on (7) & turn on stoner rd. (278th ave e.) across from the old hall buiilding.

see ya there..... hopefully by 10am

:corn:

heads up --------

Do you have a winch on your rig,,, how about the others?

Porter and wheelinjp pussed out

nope, but i have a hand winch 8000#

still need a tow strap & hi-lift, got those?

Dude.... Elbe is no place to be without a winch

Your buddies got winches?

Nope........

I'm already stuck & know it too! :flipoff:

i best be the lightest / floatiest - puddle hopping fawker there... or I'am sinking in ruts...

i should bail......... huh?

:haha: guess well see how bad it gets or is, then i'll bail........ unless there are others willing to team work each other or me thru.......

Rich I dont want you to bail but the busywild running backwards right now is a challenge for locked front and rear rigs with 35s and larger. I would say no winch is a serious problem. I have to work or I wouldnt puss out. Remember the warm clothes too it will be below freezing up there. Extra food and water too.

My experiences are that comperably, and well-equipped rigs make better time and have a lot more fun, then one guy dragging someone else thru a trail that they have no logical reason to be on.

Rich, man, don't know you from Adam, but been thru Elbe lots. Do yourself a favor and run it in the summer or not at all. Until you get a winch, some lockers, and some 33s.

i have a locker - i have 33's - and the only factor, is no winch, but i'am in a sami... it's light... it might float over alot of the holes... ?

how many others are in my boat?

are we going to do this or not? I know we can make it, but it will take effort & team work... and maybe not... ?

I'm still in

Damn it I want to wheel...........

if it gets to the point of dragging my ass right off the bat... I'll turn around & run Gotcha or something else... I just like a Challenge. this is going to be a challenge. if others are in a big hurry - maybe they should all line up & head out 1st. I'd much rather do the trail w/ someone who's not in a hurry and is willing to play tug / bump if nessasary... i'am in no hurry...

i'm there to enjoy the fact that i get to wheel, if it's that bad on the way up... or thru Mainline to get to Busy.... i'll just keep going along Mainline and hit the other trails w/ someone else or not...

I want to wheel, theres places there to wheel besides Busywild, but it'l be nice to do it. shouldn't be that bad.... ----> :D :corn:

anyone else up for that plan, or coming in rig's that are more challenged, on 33's or smaller - open diff's?

last thing i want is for someone to chain gang my ass thru the WHOLE trail.

but i'm going............ if it's all the same to anyone.:;
