It's a good thing you guys don't need an SFI cert on your cages like we do in drag racing because a 25.2 cage in a stock chassis car starts at $10K.

How much is your safety worth??

One thing I have seen 3 times now with an exo caged rig. If they roll onto something like a stump or branches you can crush the roof if the branches/ stump fit between the openings. One time the roof caved in so far the driver got hit in the head and the front section of the roof was almost touching the steering wheel.

I'd really think about throwing some aluminum on top or closing up the gaps real tight with tubes.

I plan on doing something very similar the orange rig, its very clean looking imo.

The toy I bought already had an exo and last weekend was my 1st trip to Elbe w/ it. Holy ****! When it's greasy out you can't lift out of the throttle to miss a stump or tree so it was really nice to be able to slide along w/ no damage. Just make sure the corners are tapered a little. My buddies truck looks like hammered **** from the same trails in fact when I got there his RF fender was gone? Just my $.02

That is exactly what i'm talking about.......Elbe Busy Wild? I went out there a few times and everytime i went out there we had no choice but to rub against tree's and stumps and thats exactly why i'm thinking about exo cages. everyone that didn't have Exo's had a ton of body damage and that was only one trip. so unless you trailer your rig out there it might not be street leagal on the trip home as you will not have headlight, turn signals, brake lights......etc etc
