HANS device with all the safety do yall thinks it's worth the cost or stick with the Axel neck brace

A Hanns devise keeps your neck for extending and whipping around an axel neck roll keeps your neck from compressing if your helmet rest on it and it rest on your shoulders if one or the other don't touch they don't do anything really!

An axle or any other brand "neck brace" is the equivalent of a band aide on gushing wound. Compared to the hans, Simpson sport hybrid and the nexgen there is no comparison..not even in the ball park

Come over and talk to me at the AOP race. Without a neck restraint and with my poor diving ability i would be out of this hobby/sport. It is a night and day difference. I don't wear a actual Hans, mainly because the seat angle thing confused me. I wear a Leatt, but the Simpson and the Nextgen all all better than a neck roll. Zamp even has a lower cost option out there, i would not be afraid of it,probably just a little heavier.

I have a leatt but it rides the shelf, replaced it with a Necksgen. Zero comparison over a neck roll.

I think the Hans might be a little too restrictive for offroading, i'm planning on getting a necksgen soon.

Where's the best place to order one from I've never liked the neck rolls mostly because I have no ****ing neck thinkn the Hans might be a better option for me

I have the same BIG neck problem I had to have Axel build be a xl neck brace
Mine is more of the narrow gap between helmet and traps that is the issue not so much as the circumference of the neck

I have a Nexgen I used when we raced Ultra4, It is super simple and I highly recommend it. TC had a Hans and switched to the Simpson Hybrid and he really likes it. I believe Jake Burkey is now wearing the Simpson Hybrid also.

I have the same problem. After the last race I did I was hurting. Looked back at the camera and went from 24mph to a complete stop. I made a deal with my self I wouldn't race again till I could afford the proper gear. The neck rolls wouldn't fit . I don't think a neck roll is sufficient for any type of 4wheel racing.

I have the hybrid pro. I like it. I can still move pretty well, but I got it from a racer going to necksgen. He likes it better as does Wyatt and some others. I couldn't justify the price difference when I got this one used for $200. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much less neck fatigue in a rough riding race car (desert/short course). I like that the hybrid is attached to my body, but I like that the necksgen has easy to hook and unhook helmet clips.
