Hardline Crawlers @ WindRock, November 8-10

If that is the barn, then yes, that was was decided at the meeting, I think. But, let the RV spot go and Nan and I will stay with the group.

We need to figure out the sleeping situation to make everyone happy. There are basically 3 private bedrooms, one with a queen, one with two twins and one with one twins. John and TK are bringing wifes so I think they should have first dibs on the rooms sleeping two, I know dollar likes his privacy and will want his own room, so that is the third. Which puts the rest of us in the big open sleeping area. If that is cool with everybody then we need to move fwd with the barn plan

Dollar will stay in town at his own place from my understanding from talking with him... as to not offend wives by walking around with saggin nutz :flipoff1:

Update requested.

This one does not seem to be as orgnized as Tellico. Who do I owe money too? When is it needed? Who is in on going? I re-read the thread and it seems people are in, then out, then unsure. We are 10 days from leaving today. This needs to come together quick.

In on the barn? Need both sides?

Post up bioches

What would you guys think if a non-member came along for a day? It came up in coversation when I was talking to Woodlee, he'd like to tag along with Bob's buggy to make sure all the bugs are worked out.

The whole crew would have to decide on that. I think it would be fine if he came, the problem is the TN guys travel in packs of 20....

I am getting excited for this ride, when is everybody leaving out next week?

While I think wheeling with Woodlee would be a blast, this was set up a members only ride. My opinion is it should stay thay way. We will have other "great people" who want to tag along on every ride if we start. I have several I know would love to, names like Tony, Keith, Mike, Greg come to mind.

I feel we need to have a full roundtable at a meeting to cover all the consequences.

Please don't get me wrong, this is NOT about Adam, it is about non-members on member rides.

I remember we talked about having this as an prospective member tryout ride at one of the first meetings, but we have not really approached it as such since. I say we discuss it on Monday and see what we come up with. Regardless, all "prospective members" would need to be discussed and approved by the club or the majority of the club that is present...

Please verify that the following is correct:

Definately In:
John & Nan
Matt O.
Rich & Ricky
Dollar
TK & Robin

Joe you gonna try and make it if the buggy shakes down OK? Carl you going?

Carl, we still have 2 apartments reserved at the cabin and everything is good to go on that front?

Mapquest says 4 hours to Oliver Springs, looks like it is almost all interstate....

Be sure to get permits, they are avialable online or in town.

Youd probably be best to call Capt... he hasnt been interwebin lately LOL

Joe if you take the buggy Im kickin you square in the nutz :flipoff1:

I am definitely in. Jake was invited to go to Tellico to be "looked" at as a perspective member
but couldn't get off work. Paul and I talked about inviting him to the Windrock ride and I mentioned
it to him at the Fall for All. Waiting for the meeting next week will be to late. I would like to get in
touch with him now with a formal invite, anyone object?
Oh yea the barn or what ever you call it is OK with me. Who do I owe and how much.
Get your **** together fuggers. I want to go wheeling!

Tellico+ATV=good times!

I would be ok with that since he could not make Tellico. I say give him a shout and see if he can make it..

I did not see this post till just now, and I just left Brennan a VM. I can try and give the people at the barn and call and make sure everything is cool. Carl is MIA I guess, I never saw a final rate and what not. He did say we did not pay until we get there. Regardless, I thought we all agreed to stay at the barn? If Rich and Ricky are bailing on the barn the cost will increase a good bit for those that are staying there. I feel like we should all stick with our original plan and stay at the barn as a group.
