I put a 20 dollar removable water tight storage unit on the back of it last night.....(cheap ass action packer ) Been wanting to put something on it thats easy to get to. Would still like to put a removable basket in the back above the fuel cell as well. Im gonna wait and let wontwork do something aluminum and blingy back there though. Hopefully I can talk him into it !

Just goofin last night...

Got that! Have a 1" sguare die that will fit your bender that we can make some nice stuff with. If you wanta go square.

Hopefully ( work related drama ) Im headed to Monteagle this weekend to test out the new round of mods.

32spl front output on the Tcase after breaking the stocker

Steering Quickener Went from 6 turns lock to lock to 3 :afro:

And I finally hung a belly skid on it....( 3/4" UMHW ) although I got some "help" with it and the dood helping countersunk the holes on the wrong side laughing1 It should be OK I got all but 1 bolt in it so Im just going to beat on it and see how it does.

Oh yea, I put a small tac on the muffler so it wouldnt fall off if we get into " air under the tires " situations again. laughing1

Actually, at one time, Pro Comp had Goudy Wheel in CA beadlock all of the wheels for the sponsored drivers. Goudy had an awesome product, but quit making them in favor of aerospace parts for Nasa. Cant hide money!

Still wheeling the poo out of it ( well not so much in March lots of traveling , KOH , work to Hawaii, then KS ) Im going to wrap up the 09 mod's started and completed real quick in this one post.

Steering, I bought a PSC orbital to make it very easy to turn ( removed quickner ) and also put steering arm's on it and did a hi-steer tierod with a Ram guard under the ram .

I have had this arrangement up to high 60mph on the pavement with no worries, very nice upgrade indeed.

I built a 1 piece front driveline with a yota rear axle and 2 1350 slips ( one welded over the OD of the axle shaft and the other end has splines welded to it for the actual slip ) this has worked very well and been tested alot , Im happy with it and have no worries .

I have also built a dashboard and mounted speakers and a CD player, Im in the process of wiring the winch to an in cab control as well and have a "diff" camera that was part of a deal my dad and I went in on. I want to add another section to the Dash for 2 more speakers and redo my fuse panel eventually as well. Once thats done I will stick a CB in that area also. I did add a 12volt outlet for my TomTom or whatever else may need plugged in while playing in the buggy. thumb.gif

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand , at the KOH 09 I picked up a set of front fenders from Randy of Jimmys4x4 that I plan to hang to tidy up the aesthetic's a little more. The plastic gets hot and wavy pretty quick in the sun / with the engine heat so it looks pretty rough most the time. Mock up pic...
