Blacksheep is setting me up with some rear air bumps that he never used , so that will get my rear end ready for suspension dialing in as well. Next week I plan to bring it to work and do work on the airs and bumps all around the rig and be good to go suspension wise with limits, bumps and all that 100% sorted.

I have some lil things to nit pick here and there but I should be ready to flog this thing HARD at MMORV this month and I cant wait !! loller.gif

I thought your buggy did a fabulous job Monday, even though it took a ghey truck to start it

Thanks Mason, I think it will be killer once I get the lil bugs sorted out ! Cant wait for you to get your truck back for more wheelin time !! thumb.gif Amber had a blast with Courtney...

I've got rear air bumps for it that need to be installed... I want to add lights and CD playa to it as well and clean up wiring a good bit , just lots of little things.

I had to modify my throttle pedal assy and re route the cable last night as it was binding and acting wierd... That kind anit picky crap. I dont think the Alt is long for this world, it sounds like hell and although it is currently charging its on its death bed Im afraid .

Gotta make a cargo basket / cooler rack for it too.. I took the window nets off last night , and Ive made second A-Pillars for it ( also wanna add second B's to it ) Just havent installed them as of yet.

Im a never ending project kinda guy, keeps me occupied laughing1

Paul ,did the torque converter work out ok?

Yea man, I havent noticed a real change except in high range but hell I had very little seat time before. Thanks on that this thing woulda been sitting a loooooooooooooooong time with out your converter hook up thumb.gif

I bought an el-cheapo battery and my dad had a alt that he just recently scored rebuilt off a guy for 20 bucks so I went and snagged it from his place last night and swapped it on. Im charging and have a fresh battery for the weekend !! It self clearanced itself ( the little fan on front ) on the mount whne I started it up... I revved it up a few times and it quieted down as the tips of the alt fan ground themselves off laughing1

Only when your in the gheyrage....

I try to help... :'(

You about did work last night... I was braggin you up.

She hooked the trailer buy herself, then backed it close to the garage by her self and was going to put my "truck box" tool box on the front ( drill holes, mount yada yada yada ) but the bugs were eating her up so she bailed. Later came back out and hsot the poo with the boys while we did some small things.

Thats what Im talking about momma ! thumb.gif Oh yea, she gave Capt Carl a lil show when wondered into the house too  pepper.gif

After wheeling it at MMORV last weekend and GRORV this weekend , I feel real good about were its at. I have changed N2 up front but still havent gotten it to work for full on shock tuning. I plan to go at lunch today and get some fork oil and also I cut the tractor exhaust off yesterday and am taking the muff to get stretched so I can put it up under the chassis.

( leaving room to build a small rack behind the seats.. OX-UM )

Also this weeks plans are to put a cross over tube from engine mount to engine mount under the pan to help hold all that in place and Ill probably make a small oil pan skid off of it as well.

Want to hang the UHMW skids on the bottom of it as well.. and I hope to get those rear bumps on it ASAP too.

Still plugging away on the lil things, but having fun on the weekends with it regardless thumb.gif

what are the # on your shocks like 40/90 if you can change the 40 to 60 and the 90 to 30 in the front try taking all the rebound out.

I still havent done anything with the shocks..... One day ill get to them and get specifics , just havent had / made time. Been out wheeling it laughing1

no gauge to read what they have in them currently
You can't really measure what's in them now. If you put a gauge on it you'll lose too much air in the process to get a reading that has any value. As you set them up just begin with about 220 psi and figure out what you need. I like to use my suck down winch to make sure they are even from side to side. Like most things in this hobby, it takes patience and persistence but it's doable.
