Hardline Group on FB

So we need to know around about what everything will cost, THEN we know how many rides, donations, swag, etc we need sell. Shouldn't be that hard. A good turnout for a ride or two would/should take care of that right?

I think donations are the way to go. Rides can go to **** with a bad weather forecast or with p planning one and no one else helping choosing dates. :flipoff1:

Something else we cant get anyone to participate or want to do anything with this situation. So yall really thing a huge amazing ride will be any different. Bible.

all kidding aside, I don't think raising the $ would be an issue at all even if it's a grand or two annually

1.sell swag, Andrew has a hookup on that if Matt isn't on board to open it all year
2.stickers, lord do people love stickers ... sell the crap out of them
3.quarterly Hardline rides, tell the park owners: "Hey, we're bringing a big group of folks to a park on a weekend, we want $5/pop of the gate cost" , these dang SRRS races are $25/head whether watching, driving, walking, riding shotgun whatever
4.I think a show-n-shine would be awesome, and I really think people would pay to come see all the rigs
5. donations if need be like John did for SFWDA
6. have Dobosh sign autographs at every event

I know we won't all be able to make every single ride, but if there is an admin or a few easyline guys at each one I don't think it would be that difficult to organize

You would think it would be easily achievable. A seasonal ride here and there as long with everything else mentioned above should do it.

That was how the " club " did it back in the day. We'd generally hold Open Hardline Forum rides a year and it would cover us for the site the rest went to the Park said rides were held at. Simple stuff , we rotated gate duties and tried to keep a decent volunteer group for cleanup etc.

French PBB spendings on website for 2018 I screenshotted direct from the members section :

Each year we spend 2300 euros which is about $2600 (depending on exchange rate).

I hope that gives you an idea.
