Hydro help

Well I wonder WTF I did to get it then.. Now that I think of it you are completely correct on that. On my 60 I have a 7" travel ram and th arms have a couple holes in them to change the leverage factor. In the back it's too much and the tires eat the springs, in the front hole it clears but I can't turn with a damn. I need to drill in the middle and get it just right. :redneck:

I had the stops turned all the way in just like bobby says to do and it hit the stops both ways with Marlin billet 6 stud arms. With 1 1/2" spacers and IFS hubs the 42's juuuuust missed the springs at full lock.

it is a 6/2/1.125 is what i got

With that setup assuming 1700 PSI from the pump you would have 5338 lbs of push force from the ram and 3649 lbs of pull force. If it were mine I would change it to a 2 1/2" ram and try to stay close to the 1 1/8" rod size but no smaller...........
Have you tried to steer it with the wheels off the ground? If you can turn both ways with the wheels off the ground I think the ram is the problem..
