wyatt, I think it was ****'s sporting goods in teh skate/inline section. its has saved me big lumps/problems twice. I have hit my noggin hard as **** on my cage and been like, "wow, bet I'd be unconscious if this **** weren't on." full face was just too restrictive for me although I still have my old riding helmets from when I was dune jumper famous

P, little advice helmet wise... Get the kind with multiple soft foam layers (a skate helmet). You'll hate the hard styrofoam and pad type and probably never wear it after a few rides. Go to Bob's Bikes or Faith, they carry Pro-Tec and that's the way to go. That's what I wear and I'm comfortable all day.

I have the pro-tec ace. the hard styrofoam and small pads to suck a little. I would agree the softer one would be better, but I got lucky and it fits me just right. no discomfort to speak off. it does get old after a couple hours, I notice I take it off every time we stop. wish the other one would have been an option that day, I would have sprung for it.

Shot man, my wife worked a stiff tonight and I worked on the Turd. Capt B is still out there grinding on his **** matter of fact . My damn eye has been steadily swolling up all day...

I did check some fluids and found that both my hood pins are broke off. Drove it around the yard a bit and put it back in the carport so it wouldnt get rained on. Headlights still work so its all good ;D
The motor mount on the pass side is caved into the frame a touch. Not enough to matter at this point, but something to watch either way. Im going to have to beat the piss outta the top and or just hack it all off and start fresh with a cage-esque buggy / truggy thing. Time for more seats and storage ehhh ? ( or just start fresh and do something different all together maybe. )
Ill see how it does this weekend and how I feel about it next week probably. If it holds together and doesnt act weird this weekend Ill figure something out. Still alot of trips this year, kinda early to start fresh on a rig.

DO NOT do a rebuild with more seats, storage, blah blah blah blah. make it wheelable. I have so many hours and have redone every single thing now but the frame end rear link mounts. seriously, could have had a buggy. just wheel it like it is with more roof support and rock out.

Its going to have to hold me over for a while. To much wheeling left in this year for me to go crazy on it. Ill stick to the start a chassis plan and work my way into it slowly while the Turd is pulling down wheeling duties. ;D
