I explained it to Jen and she said, "You are going right? Cause you better be....". Totally cool, she even asked about going, but then I said camping for a week and she was like yeah right. We will be there man, I am going to ask my company sponsor us and pick up the fuel bill. Our CEO is a cool cat, I think he will be all for it. I second all those things that P said, it is going to be one for the ages...

Matt and Greg are the ones that said they are definetly in... Greg actually got the dates from me, I know Matt doesnt have anything better to do. Greg has experience taking video w/ all the stunting stuff so that'd be a bonus if he came... Still 7 months out, ALOT can/WILL change.

Ok, its all so early on the planning, but..... I will have an enclosed by the race, how big, what size, etc....is up in the air. So we'll have a place to sleep.

But I'm thinking about finding an RV rental place in like Phoenix, and renting an RV for all of us so we have some ammenities. I can rough it in the enclosed but if we are going to be out there for a week????

Well I know Ontario is where I was told to fly into when I was going to go out there years ago for the Toyota Jambo. Maybe one can be rented a bit closer to JV is all.

That week will fly by and then I will worry about taking a shower molaugh

Matt O has committed to the LCQ and Hammers wheelin experience , He called last night for the Co-Driver ask and pfffffffft sheiot you know Im down with that ! Thanks for the invite Matt !!!

Things will change fitty times ( my fitty is going since we are towin ) before this happens but lets run down scenarios.

1. Your lookin at hauling with the Carters I believe, let me know what comes of that.

2. I'd love to drag the 30 so I can experience it as well, Im curious as to possibly talking a deisel truck owner into truck swap for a week and or rollin with us (have someone in mind that would probably be down with a truck swap and may even have a trailer to double on very soon... ) Possibly with trailer, possible borrow trailer and double up our buggies.
( I got a trailer that we can use Im certain, only thing is it requires i belive some DOT license or something... its a BIG biotch )

regardless of how we get out there, Im starting to save now I cant friggin wait !!!

Bones, Ontario is on the way from LA... like halfway up and much less traffic. I have family in LA and also quite a few friends, some which may be goin to the Hammers that week so I can try and arrange something as well... Ontario is RIGHT on the interstate so it's not outta the way for anyone coming up from LA...

Also guys, if the RV thing doesnt happen... We could all pitch in $5-10/ea and shower mid-week in Apple Valley or Victorville... There's a Albertson's 25 Min. from Boone Rd (the entrance to the Lakebed) so food is close... And as far as Alcohol, grocery stores in CA carry REAL BEER and liquor...

Backdoor is pretty sweet... it's a huge party at night. Kinda like Olds. Hill at Glamis laughing1 big MF'n party... we tried thurs night at the jambo this year and i was not seein' straight + it was 3 dudes wide in ramrod's tacoma... not a good idea laughing1

le'z hit backdoor during the day... the dirrty 50 will doo it
