Lets talk clutch problems.

What amazes me is how fast it rusted to the flywheel and that starting it in gear didn't break it loose.

Looks like you got too much water up in there when you did the pressure washing? Next time I blast my truck I'm gonna make sure to drive it around and get everything dried out before parking it. :redneck:
 
yeh, thats an exspensive mistake. Lesson leanred I guess. :booo:

BTW those rivit holes you're worried about look fine to me. Too close to that edge and the material has no support, I'd fully expect them to do that.
 
well I figured I have it all apart I might as well slap in a new clutch. Hopefully today I'll have it all buttoned up and ready for the chop shop.
