Got my rental Saturday, choice between a Sentra, Focus and an Aveo?? I took the Sentra, it's a light sum bee and is downright scary on the slippery roads here, all over the place and drifts easy. I have not or owned a FWD car in over 5 years and I hate it. I could be rockin a Maxima, but it was going to cost ME an extra $35/day. I predict I have to this for at least 2 weeks. F that.

Call the body shop tomorrow and see when it can get in for an estimate and get the outcome. Decided if they total it I am going to buy it back and fix it myself and have Maco shoot it come summer all one color. Want to be car payment free a couple more years.

Badges, yeah I finally got around to putting them on yesterday. They sat on the tool box for over a month. Pretty cool little fuggers.

What is the point where an ins. company will total it? Do they go by retail value or trade in?

bumper
one deer whistle laughing1
hood
fender
headlight assembly
fan
alignment (might be other **** broke?)
core support is bent proper
fender went into my door, but that can be tweaked Id think.
Then paint

For all I know it has frame damage I can not see with it being so dirty. Hard to believe she got into my tire to knock it outta alignment since there is still 5" to the tire up front of the fender.

My guess is $2-2500???

KBB retail is $6250, trade in is 3 grand in good shape, 2500 in fair.
