The 4.10's should be a HUGE change from the current 2.79's!

This cluster fawk got hacked into the early 80's... the sequentials have not worked since...

The car has not had ANY blinkers for the 6 years that I have owned it...

Until today! Yes, I am 3/4 erect on the deal... :masturbanana[1]::masturbanana[1]:

I love those lights my girlfriend has a couple of sequential boxes she leaves in her 70 so when they go out she can replace them, they seem to go out every couple of years

The electronic sequential box is 200 bucks.... hopefully it will last alot longer than a couple of years....

New PS hose came in today, so I got that installed... for the 5th time... I hate replacing those. Maybe this one will last more than a year.

Then I decided to do the steering box maintenence layed out in this link...

http://www.stangerssite.com/lubrication.html

Worked good. I have only 1/2 of the play in the steering wheel that I had before.

I forgot about the power steering hoses its been a while since we have ever messed with her cougar she's had to replace those hoses 3 or 4 times since she's owned it

Well, Last summer I had way to much fun DRIVING my car all summer to have time to put in most of the new parts that I ordered...

Should get her out of storage in the next week or 2, and then I am going to put her up on stands in the carport and do the tranny, rear springs, and try to get the rear end in so that I can get the driveline built before the nice weather gets here :D The 4.10's should be fun over the current 2.73's....

THEN.. if time and $$ allow, I would like to take the interior out, rip out the old shitty carpet, put in some Dynamat and a new carpet kit. Carpet isnt too expensive, but fawk... that Dynamat doesn't come cheap! There are some "generic" products on Ebay that appear to be similar... has anyone used any of these?

McMaster-Carr sells some stuff that is very similar to Dynamat and is much cheaper. It's been a while since I looked for it on their site, so I don't know where it is exactly. But I am sure you will find something else you can use....it's that kind of place.
