Started on front, I still had a couple inches of shaft left, looks like I'm gonna have to run a carrier bearing. Belt is going to be pretty close, I brought it up a little more, so there is a touch more clearance now

Got ram mounted, made a skid that will hopefully help protect the ram, unfortunately the Dom for my links was way too short, so maybe next week I will finish that. Also made a pedal bracket.

Got some longer link material from my buddy, it's quite a bit thicker. I doubt I will bend those. Got battery box in also

How do you change the oil filter? Remove motor mounts and jack it up?

Looking good!
Haha yep. We had to notch the rail to clear drain plug, but didn't think to check filter. When I pull the motor, I will notch it further down for the filter

Got the buggy standing on it's own today. Mounted the reservoir and got bump stops and bump pads on. Still have to gussett the pads a little. It's setting at 24 belly height right now, after it's done, may have to swap some springs.

New springs will settle a little.
What are your spring length and rates?

Rig looks good.
Rear is 18" 150lb on bottom and 16" 125lb on top
Front is 18" 200lb bottom and 16" 150lb on top

Looks good man, it's a task to get everything together only to find what you missed! :dblthumb:

Coming along nicely. I just want to suggest maybe adding something to deflect the hot air from your radiator away from the fuel cell. Even if it's just a piece of aluminum spaced 1/2 to 1" away from the fuel cell. Hot gas sucks.

I was looking at that yesterday. I think I will try and make something that deflects it around the sides of the cell
