Made up some vinyl windows (only got the passenger side done so far), so it is pretty well enclosed and stays decently warm.

Next up: Cage, chromo front axles, and maybe some beadlocks!

Be a month till I get back to the westside and get my hands on them. Their more expensive model has good reviews on pirate so I figured i'd try these. Close to $100 cheaper then the NWFab stuff.

China LED lightbar I got off ebay, figured I had to try it for $160. Plan on mounting it when i build a new bumper just above my winch.

Made a new tie-rod. The stock one rubs your springs when you do a spring over on a waggy 44. New tie-rod is 1.5"x.25" DOM tube. Hiems are 7/8" stud with a 3/4" bolt. Doesn't rub and is a lot beefier then stock. Should stand up to me.

Well, the stupid cable shifters hang down low, so I had to fab a crossmember skid plate thing to protect them. This is what I came up with:

It hangs lower then I would like, but it is what it is. To get the t-case up any higher, I'd have to cut the floor pan and remount the seats, and that would make my already bad u-joint angle worse.

Ends capped and fairlead mounts welded on.

Winch and fairlead finally mounted and fabbed some 'wings' onto the bumper. Bumpers not quite finished, still gonna make a stinger over the winch to mount my lightbar on. Also gonna fill in the 'wings' with some plate and mount blinkers.

So, the rear bumper was hammered as you can see in the pictures above. So off with the old and on with the new.

What I started with:

Pulled the rear bumper and mounts off and found a piece of 2x4 to sleeve the frame with:
