Pro Rock Stock Class XJ Build

At first, I read that as ^^

and thought "well dang he came to his senses, scrapped the cherocar, and is is building something else (I bet with a frame)" :ROFLMAO1:
Unfortunately I'm sticking with it.Pisses so many people off around here locally in the local jeep clubs because of what it does and its parts list.

Finished up the new mount. All 1/4in with dimples and plug welds. It fully wraps around the unibody.Welded to the inner steering box stiffner and the motor mount.Really happy with the finished product.

This pass weekend took the jeep to Midwest Jeepthing's Jeepstock at SMORR with my friends.Had a good time wheeled for a bit. Then found out 1/2x20 studs are not strong enough.

Had the wife run me down some replacement after shearing 7 studs total on the front. Plan on tearing apart the UBs and installing some 5/8in studs to eliminate the problem. Thankfully the rotor took the hit well.

5/8 are going to cause problems with the Race Line wheels. You cant or i could not get a socket on,or find a lug nut thin enough.I ended up going with 9/16 and they have held up OK.

I have 2 spare rims I might try and machine the counter bore to a large diameter.Or search for a 13/16 head nut.

Maybe I missed it. But what radiator/fan setup are you running? Working ok for you? any issues?

Still running the stock exhaust manifold?

It's a 3 core aluminum amazon special with dual 10in fans.Same company but an older version with dual fans.
Only issues is the air bubble funnel I have dosent seal well on the cap.Jeep stays about 200* when everything on the system is happy
And stock cracked exhaust mainfold. With a 2.5in straight pipe with a 6in bullet resonator.

Are you running a stock pitman arm or a drop one? I need to replace mine and do not know what to use.
